Responsibilities:
• Prepare and secure the approval of project’s Quality Documents (PQP, QMP’s and ITP’s) including the quality forms that will be used throughout the project. Successfully developed the checklist for the project.
• Secure the approval of the concrete manufacturer, 3rd party testing services for its readiness site locations and concrete trials design mixes and JMF.
• Implemented a highly effective method in reviewing material submittal, material inspection, site work execution that result of its installation and testing compliance with minimal to zero rework & rejection.

Responsibilities:
• Diligently manage and oversee the site operations progress following project quality, health and safety requirements by spreading awareness of the QA/QC policies, procedures and control measures to all stakeholders and it yields minimal non-conforming deliverables.
• Develop a project quality plan and review the contractor’s QA/QC Plan, ITP’s, method statement and agree on any revisions with the contractor before the commencement of the work.
• Supervise and review the DC documents for their completeness and other contract documents and filed in an organized manner and this gives the team be ease of retrieving the correct documents for reference.
