• Responsible for installation of Printers, plotters (HP Design jet 510), wireless printers connectivity and installation, Structural Cabling and socket termination.
• Provide technical support to Clients for resolving their issues through phone, email and online help desk system, making quotations, as per Client demand, rate analysis.
• Responsible for helpdesk support, back up of MS Outlook, installation of MS Server 2003 & MS Server 2008 Administration (Domain, Active Directory).
• Troubleshoot and correct hardware/software computer and network problems.
• Ensure all daily tasks including backups complete, successfully Perform hardware and software maintenance duties, Offer technical support of telephone system (Avaya)
• Responsible for Procurement and preparing LPO.
Handling and operating of PDA to receive dockets with complete details of the dockets and their closings.
Responsible for the installation of ONTs, modem Configurations and testing.
Responsible for making RJ 45, RJ 11 and Fiber FC connectors.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting and testing of fiber connectivity through VFL and power meter, also for the proper patching of patch chords to the both sides from cus-tomer end and FDH side.
Testing and connectivity of UTP cable of pre installed structural cabling in buildings.
Resolving any problems from FDH to ODH and ONT.
Responsible for the installation of SROs (service orders) dual and triple plays packages.
Making Daily reports of field activities, manual and system provided dockets and send it to the Managers.
• Mangement of project ( revamping and renovation project of PTCL land line ).responsible for whole work from M.D.F to Customer end.
• To be responsible for maintaining the office premises and advising the concern staff for concurrence to accomplish the required work.
• To look after all office equipments, Management of office and staff, Fault localization and troubleshooting using TDR, fault locator and Meger, advise and suggestions to technical teams where ever they need. Also responsible for solving TTs (trouble Tickets ) in the optical fiber network of PTCL.
• Technical Site Surveys and visits before and after the revamping with technical team and higher management of PTCL.
• Coordinationn and Communication with client company’s (PTCL) staff, D.E(Divisional Engineer ) and S.E(Senior Engineer ), resolution of the discrepencies of Client company regarding the project.
• Sending daily progress report to Client company. Sometimes present briefing about work and project to the higher management of PTCL.
• Any other assignment given by the Higher management.Making of invoices, Etc.
