• Familiarize with agriculture marketing and socio-economic condition of the area.
• Transmit modern technology to the farmers through extending credit and other facilities.
• Establish and develop exemplary Banker-Customer relationship with farmers of the area by providing credit facilities timely/expeditiously as compared to the other competitive agencies of the area and promote Bank’s activities amongst the farmers.
• To carry out a thorough investigation of Loan Application of intending Borrower and to recommend the Loan amount for sanction of Competent Authority.
• To pay regular field visits with respect to Bank’s Business.
• To contact each and every Borrower/Defaulter of the Bank for recovery of Bank’s dues.
• To ensure 100% recovery of Due Loan installments.
• To provide feedback on Bank’s Business regarding difficulty in Credit Delivery System and recovery of Bank’s Dues.
• To maintain Defaulter List/Tour Diary/Progress Report with respect to field visits
• Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks of branch operations and credit administration
• Implement and enforce sound policies and structures devised by regulators and management for the growth of the company
• Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the banking operations team
• Oversee the processing of centralized loans and other banking activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
• Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing AML policies of bank and SBP
• Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
• Delegate tasks to members of the operations team.
• To verify the loan security documents and arrange compliance of bank instructions
• To check and verify the land mutation in favour of bank

companies called ITHFZ mills Ltd, their finance department. My J.D consists of following :
-preparation of vouchers
-liaison with the banks
-preparation of financial documents required to obtains islamic finance
-Bank reconciliation
-assisting the Manager finance
