• Maintenance of all electrical equipment in factory. Like Batching plant, Generator 15KVA, Air Compressor, Multifunctional trolley, Casting machine, pump room, boiler room.
• Installation and maintenance of KONECRANES, ABUS and Demag Cranes.
• Checking and Troubling shooting of PLC control system machines.
• Doing preventive maintenance of all machines according to rules and regulations. Making proper reports about all breakouts. Keeping all management in loop in case of any major emergency
• Trouble shooting of fault in PLC controlled machines.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety procedures in relation to electrical equipment.
• Good technical knowledge of Electro mechanical systems
• Thorough understanding of Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
• Preparation of electrical load list, Single Line Diagram, motor control scheme, datasheet for MCC, relay panel, control circuit diagram, motor, Local Push Button Station, Inspection of relay based control panel, PLC, MCC & VFD.
• Supervised on-site contractors and assisted in project planning.
• Managed troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of plant electrical distribution.
• Provided immediate feedback to crew and production personnel.
• Assisted in maintaining spare parts and support operations.
• Collecting and Studying Material Quotations, Purchase Orders and Invoices.
• Collecting Material Approvals from the Site/Document Management System to submitting to Cost Consultants.
• Collecting Labor Productivity data from the Site.
• Proactive monitoring and internal/external communication including interacting with field persons to ensure timely resolution of trouble reports.
• Participate in 24x7 operations services.
• Proper Co-ordination cycle between operator and on-field POC's
• Facilities maintenance (Monitoring and management of DG Fuelling, DG Faults & Power usages
• Critical and Preventives maintenance machines according to rules and regulations
• Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
• Examine electrical services for proper working procedures.
• Erection, maintenance and operation of 11kV line.
• Installation, maintenance and operation of distribution transformers.
• Generation of LV/HV proposals for overloaded transformers/lines.
• Grid station operation and maintenance.
• Implementation of Standard Design Instructions in field.
