Facilitate diverse clientele (MNCs, local corporate and commercial entities) by offering competitive quotation of ready, spot, forwards and other FX products in order to enhance revenue for the bank.
Contribute towards effective execution & achievement of sales plans, targets & budgets of FX sales desk
Closely monitoring trends in the financial markets to develop knowledge of global & local economic indicators
Update clients on trends of major currencies in the FX market plus advising customers on how to hedge their exposure
Strive to maintain good working relationships with treasury support to ensure smooth flow of business and prevent regulatory penalties

Ensure compliance of UCP-600 in all the trade finance transaction
Management of Foreign/Inland Documents sent on Collection/Under L/C.
Discounting/Negotiation/Purchase of Foreign/Inland Documents
Scrutiny of export documents and their compliance with letter of credit against bill discounting
Monthly export position reporting to Head office including FBPN, FE-25 & IBP
Responsible for reporting and follow-up of FCY advance payments
Responsible for FE-25 export loan lodgment, realization and balancing of FE-25 portfolio
Updating of maturity register, forward booking registers with other related documents
Routine follow-up of payments pertaining to collection, discounting, advance payments via SWIFT

Responsible for working capital financing back office functions with total advances portfolio of PKR ~235 Billion.
Responsible for constant monitoring of FIM & Pledged stocks, delivery order issuance and keep track of collateral stock to avoid margin call.
Responsible for related advances reporting to head office wings as well as SBP reporting on periodic basis.
Income provisioning on quarterly basis, mark-up advice to clients on applicable periodic basis and follow up to ensure timely payments.
Facilitating periodic audits from SBP, external and internal audit teams.
Scrutiny and safe keeping of financing documents and entertaining routine client queries and requests.
