• Responsible to maintain operating budget for property management framework
• Management of mortgages, property taxes and payment of maintenance bills
• Rent collection and responsible to reduce the rent arrears and management including advising of various legal obligations.
• Manage corporate bank accounts and reconcilation of the bank statements.
• Compiling data for financial reports
• Preparation and confirmation of tenancy lease agreements
• Maintaining records, reports and files
• Scheduling property maintenance
• Resolving customer and public complaints.
