• Primarily responsible to assist the Head of Operational Risk with the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework, with a specific focus on risk analysis.
• Identify, review, analyze and manage operational risks in business units.
• Implement strategies to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks.
• Monitor and track operational risk issues on regular basis.
• Prepare and maintain risk management documentation, risk policies and risk reports.
• Provide timely update of operational risk issues and decisions to managers.
• Develop key risk and control indicators to identify and control operational risks.
• Develop risk assessment program and action plans to mitigate operational risks.
• Work with business unit to understand business, drivers, concerns, future plans and offer support to mitigate risk.
• Ensure continuous improvement in operating procedures to avoid risks.
• Assist in-charge in obtaining all necessary audit working paper, documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings.
• Prepare audit working papers.
• Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
• Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledger for its accuracy.
• Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments
• Check and verify accounting books and records are in conformity with industry practices and corporate policies.
• Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements and records.
The purpose of this training is to get knowledge about reasons behind fluctuation in FOREX, Stock and Commodities market and on the basis of that knowledge making your own research regarding these markets on the basis of technical and fundamental analysis.
