coordinate and supervise the daily and weekly activities that occur within assigned areas of the operation; provide leadership, motivation, training, and development of workforce; execute against customer/site requirements
•Managing warehouse and Team workers in logistics operations.
•Supervision of all staff under my direct or indirect control.
•Analyzing the stock and reconciling between ERP and WMS stocks/Decisions maker/Problems solving/Saving cost.
•Schedules and deadlines are adhered to.
•Ensure adequate safety standards are in place.
•Communicate and implement change as directed.
•Review all reports (SLI/SLO/PP/Cycle count/GRN/Overtime).
•Weekly meeting with team.
•Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.

Performs entry level computer programming development or modification, program testing and the preparation of program operating procedures.
