Keeping track of Company’s inventory and ensuring timely acquisition.

To follow up on inventory flow process starting from acquisition to storage depot and from storage depot to the customer level and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Preparing reports of daily sales and collection activities and reporting it to the Managing Director.
Preparing monthly reports of customer and product wise turnover activity and ensuring timely acquisition of stock.

1) Managing supplier’s accounts and reconciling differences arising between them.
2) Posting receipts from Oil Marketing Companies in accordance with quantities allocated to them out of each invoice.
3) Preparing payments for Expat and Local staff salaries including Income tax and social security contributions for all companies in the group.
