Preparing and delivering lessons in Economics to the senior secondary school students of different ages and abilities;
preparing assignments, tests and examinations for the student to measure the outcome of class activities;
marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students' progress and development;
researching new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date knowledge in Economics, and devising and writing new curriculum materials;

relates with team members to build a cordial relationship between the team members and the teachers who are at the heart of implementing academic policies and programmes;
creates a robust relationship between the Quality Assurance Bureau Department of the Kwara State Ministry of Education in order to be updated with government policies on Basic Education in the State; and
supervises the team activities in receiving timely information from the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board.
