-Conducting Market research for the current and future Real Estate Market and economic growth and future Customer/Tenant behavior trends.

-Preparing Pre-operation, handing over, Selection/appointment of O&M Facility Company, Tenant Mix and leasing plan for upcoming properties to be added to the portfolio including:

* Prime Location Mixed Use tower in Doha Cornish (Total of 600, 000 Square Feet)
* High End Strip Mall (Total of GLA 250, 000 Square Feet)
*800 Apartments in Lusail and Pearl Qatar

-Participating as a Member of Company Restructuring Committee assigned by the Group Chairman in order to conduct the risk assessment and evaluate the operations, procurement, SOP of property and facility management of the Real Estate portfolio to adapt with difficult economy cycle and improve efficiency.
