Job Functions:
1. To process the inpatient and outpatient claims of the department (according to authority limits) and produce required batch bordereau
2. Prepare inpatient or outpatient approvals for signature of the department manager.
3. Issue cheques for HCPs and clients (including related procedure and reporting)
4. Prepare outgoing batches for delivery to clients or HPCs.
5. Service the incoming queries whether from clients or HPCs or other departments in the company.
6. Prepare chronic medications forms for specified insured members.
