a. Head Human Resource Management (Employee Attraction, Orientation, Placing, Retain, Training, Compensation/Benefit, Counseling &Resolve grievances through Negotiation & HRP)

c. Overlook within /Outside Organizational Correspondence
d. Provide advices about office Policies & Procedurese
e. Attending VIP visits & delegations, Seminars and Symposiums etc.
f. Presiding Office General Administration.
