    مسؤول عن جميع أقسام الإنتاج في المطبخ وجودة المنتجات ومطابقتها للمواصفات المتفق عليها التأكد من معرفة كل موظف في قسمه وتحت ادارته لواجباته ومهامه و حقوقه و التأكد من اتمام تدريبه اتمام العمل حسب المواصفات وبالوقت المطلوب متابعه خطوات الإنتاج كاملة مراجعه تكلفة العمالة والإنتاج ً المحافظة عليها ضمن النسب المتعارف والمتفق عليها.فحص المواد الأولية عند استلامها لضمان الجودة والسلامة.متابعه نظافة جميع المعدات ، آلات الإنتاج ، الاواني وطاولات العمل وان تنظيفها يتم وبشكل يومي تفقد توفر المواد الأولية للإنتاج بشكل يومي و اعداد قائمة المواد المراد صرفها من المستودع تطبيق وصفات جديدة مقترحة من قبله أو من قبل الإدارة تطوير الاداء.مشاركه إدارة الشركة في أمور التخطيط لكميات الإنتاج ، تطوير المنتجات الجديدة ومناقشة معوقات العمل إن وجدت لإيجاد حلول لها القيام بمهام الطاهي المسؤول في حال غيابه

    A chef de partie’s primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a restaurant. Duties associated with this role including directing chefs in their section in preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.
