Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat or remotely via (any desk and TeamViewer).
Regular maintenance ensures that your antivirus software is kept up to date and working properly.
Updates of Microsoft products (Windows and office) are important to fix security and bugs.
Create, Maintain, and Repair email issues like reset password, Multifactor, organize inbox into folder, import or export files and setting.
Helping the program staff and other departments prepare for an extra activity like Video conference, MS teams, zoom meeting or negotiating for developing.
Install and maintain IT equipment's, desktop, laptops, and peripherals devices in the office participate with IT team.
Assist in developing an annual plan for information and communication technology to meet IT services.
Assist in Preparing, Renewing and Printing ID Card for each staff as needed.

Set up new hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, etc. (upgrade OS, antivirus, updates, clean up hardware)
Develop communications between employees through communication programs.
