1. Assist the General Manager Commercial in day to day administrative and clerical functions.
2. Organizing and keeping well-organized files and ensure confidential information and documents are handled with complete discretion.
3. Maintaining the activities of document control including archiving, filing and distribution of documents.
4. Coordinate with other departments, collecting all necessary documents for tender’s submission.
5. Updating Tender List on weekly basis and circulating to the top Managers.
1. Upload document into the standard registers GFTS (Government Formalities Tracking System) ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

3. Prepare and send outgoing memos
4. Prepare daily progress report.
