• Initiating a successful modular construction methodology to 24 projected new showrooms + renovation showrooms in 2019.

King Khalid International Airport terminal 3 & 4 Project:
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager in the management and administration of the construction contract package including day to day site inspection, approvals and inspection sign offs.
• Identify potential issues affecting construction progress and provide direction and solutions as to the means of avoiding and mitigating them.
• Monitoring the work performed, the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site and the contractor's manpower, equipment and report.
• Assisting client in all aspects of the final acceptance of the work and close-out of all snag items/NCRs/etc. Including construction coordination minutes of meetings.
• Develop solutions for a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity working under general supervision of the Technical Team Manager.
• Exercise independent judgement in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solve problems when encountered.
• Review designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, working drawings and As-Built Records.
• Prepare field sketches and develop details based on field conditions.
• Attend construction meetings and interfaces with the office design staff.
• King Khalid International Airport terminals 3 & 4 design review. support GACA for Terminal 5.
• Use of Saudi Building Code (Architecture & Fire Protection) & NFPA in all aspects of the project i.e. fire protection or architectural codes. Assistance to the contract manager with FIDIC contracts.
• Use the Runway & Airplanes operational requirements in all aspects of the airport design and runway manipulation.
• Provide project management for 354 ATMs.
• getting governmental licenses to operate ATMs, Branches and assist in Riyadh ANB Tower license.
• Manage Riyadh Tahliah street special ATM construction.
• Assist in architectural and interior design for new ANB tower in Alriyadh
• Design and create workshop drawing for the UNISCO main office’s reception room and reception desk.
• Participation in Architecture Ireland magazine (Presentation of XL Insurance company new building designed by RKD) \[Issue #270\].
