Maintain inter- and intradepartmental workflow by providing information to and cooperating with co-workers.

-Knowledge of Mena itch HR system ( updating employee data )
-Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
-Ensure accurate information is fed into the HR Database system.
-Assist and resolve team member and management queries.
-Schedule and arrange interview appointments as required
-Prepares Offer Letters and Recognition letters for Internal promotions and transfers
-Manage the Human Resources Information System ensuring data integrity and proper documentation (adding new colleagues, salary, designation changes)
-Manage Employee Action Forms, ensuring accuracy with regards to vacation entitlements and promotions and salary changes .
-Reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification.
*Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. for Doctor & nurse (visa/Passport/Photo/work contract / practicing licenses .. etc ) for Saudi employee (ID/ Photos /contract/GOSI ...etc)
*Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employees situation changes .(End employee services/renewal of contracts / employees promotions / vacations /bonuses ...etc)
*Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews .
* Employee assistance, (Loans/Definition certificate ...etc)
*Resolve employee problems by making a development plans to help the employees.
*Staff evaluation by using standard forums.
Preparing daily targets in excel sheet.
