DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage technical aspects of field and/or office based survey projects in close liaison with Operations Manager.
Develop and implement project required procedures in order to professionally and efficiently conduct a survey project.
Develop, implement, maintain and apply a quality control system that guarantees the highest achievable standard of
services stringent to timescale and budget requirements.
Coordinate all site activities from pre-contract to final delivery and supervise the work of several field survey crews.
Play a pro-active role in establishing new business relationships and maintain a close working relationship with clients.
Provide technical advice and input and allocate technical expertise to answer or solve survey related questions or
problems within the division.
Preparation of task plans for Survey Engineering team and field surveyors when required.
Provide assistance and support in the development of tenders, proposals and quotations and conduct site visits in a pretender
or post-award stage.
Participate in contract required, technical or project related meetings, internally and externally.
Production of drawings in GIS format using Arc GIS by building the database and converting AutoCAD drawings to
feature classes in addition to applying the same on all municipality utilities shape files.
Design, observing, processing & adjustment of the GPS static control network using LEICA Geo Office.
Volume Computations and Grading of the surface using CIVIL 3D.
CAD production and final drawings of land and marine surveys.
Provide consultancies to improve the working practices using new technologies and maintenance of the company’s job systems.
Evaluate performance of crew and use Appraisal and Competence Scheme as required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver survey services that meet the requirements of agreement as to type and quality of services and timeline of completion
within the company goals of profitability.
Coordinating all site activities up to final delivery.
Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of several field survey crews.
CAD production and final drawings.
Technical office work including: Processing, quality control for the field data, and producing the survey reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design routes by using UPS software (Transportation Suite) and Arc GIS by balancing number of customers, drop size,
number of visits....etc.
Managing distribution trucks routes all over Egypt starting from taking coordinates of new customers.
Collect sales data and making monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities. Coordinates daily operational needs.
Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and
agreements
PROJECTS:
NJM(Qatar)
o Type: Desktop Application.
o Description: Home Land Security System for Qatar Ministry of Interior.
o Technologies used: Visual Studio 2010, Toad for Oracle, VB.net.
o Role: Software Development, Documentation and Test.
Etisalat
o Type: Windows Service.
o Description: Develop a Windows service which reads from an excel sheet to get the new towers of
Etisalat, connect to a Database, create a new point feature for each tower and fill its
attributes by the needs of Etisalat Operator in Egypt.
o Technologies used: Visual Studio 2008, Toad for Oracle, SDE, C#, Arc Objects.
o Role: Software Development, Documentation, Test and Deploy the Windows Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Extract all data from the Road Design Drawings using profiles and cross sections, coordinate them with road programs
(Land Desktop or Civil 3d) and hand them over to surveyors to be ready for execution.
Upload data for group of surveyors on total stations and give them sheets of the Road levels.
Prepare Bill of Quantities BOQs for the contractors using Land Desktop or Civil 3D after compilation of all Data detected by
the Surveyors Observation.
Provide input on the technical approach to project tasks to ensure that they meet objectives of clients.
Monitor those critical survey activities being performed and ensure that work is performed efficiently
Perform periodic QA/QC review of the project work
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports about all work done.
