Ideated and executed different business models for the hospitability industry in Lebanon. The scope of work includes collaborating with investors’ ideation and planning for a project named Retro- Resto Lounge and Vintage Gallery, Glaros Beach Resort, and Cubes Nightclub, monitoring a team of five engineers, visiting and negotiating with Chinese manufacturers on product prices, understanding all legal issues, and preparing the financial model.
Closing commercial deals with corporates for rentals and purchases in the Solidere area with an estimated revenue around 2.4 Million with full brokerage fees (5%) earned to the company.
- Market Research: Providing the company with a full and clear presentation mentioning service innovation techniques to be implemented by the company. Services related to Corporate Social responsibilities, and using hi-tech strategies in operation. Taking the company to a new operating system.
-PR: Developing and creating new partnerships agreements with best-in-class developers to add data of properties and units to our search engine portal. Signing legal agreements for exclusivity with developers.
-B2B Sales: I have delegated the task of handling several highly sensitive governmental projects, which I successfully led, and achieved optimum and expected profit. Closing a deal for 2.2 million for the Ministry of Labor, CYM event, held in five cities all around the kingdom. Another sensitive account with King Khaled Foundation where the King has to attend with very security restrictions, time limits, and full media coverage.
-Communication: Managing and monitoring a team of two Sr. Account Executives, providing them with new sales technique, assisting them to identify and grow opportunities within territory. The whole team working in parallel on the monthly/quarterly report provided to the Marcom Director.
Assisting in the creation of email campaigns and online promotions.
-Fast Track Rotation: While my specific task was to retail medical products to pharmacies, I exceeded expectations by introducing two wholesalers, increasing the whole revenue of the company and doubling my sales target. After then I was responsible for promoting our products to Doctors (indirect push for sales/ no direct transactions) and after to hospitals.
In addition to selling and directly promoting the products, I was also responsible for my own actions, as a supervisor on site was not available, which left me with Financial, Coordination, and Managerial responsibilities. Sensitive clients where directed to me due to my communication skills.
Cold calls for selling an alfa-Blom product to potential clients of BLOM BANK.
Ensuring that clients are receiving an outstanding customer service and being assisted in fashion decisions. I was the only sales executive in charge for the Personal Tailoring section that is dedicated to VIP clients.
