• Worked with HCWW, Minia, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, and Luxor, to identify training needs and develop training plans.
• Supported technical advisors to translate training needs into training programs, and developed learning objectives.

• Prepared a SoW, to support the development of the E-learning environment to cope with COVID-19 limitations through (Converting sample classic training material into an interactive training course supported by illustrations, videos, quick quizzes, and tests; Enhancing existing E-learning platform (upgrading version, purchasing add-ons, and providing license for new E-learning software); and finally train staff on fully utilizing the new versions, add-ons, new software, and support them to convert selected materials into more interactive online training courses to facilitate massive and sustainable training implementation.
Designed and delivered Soft skills, HR, and Management training courses for reputable private sector companies like Orascom training and technology (OTT); Beit-Al-Karma; Enppi; Change; Diplomatic, NGOs all over Egypt; and fourteen water and sanitation companies / NGOs through donors / providers like USAID, World Bank, GIZ, PPI, and Care.

Designed and delivered networking, advocacy, and planning courses for about 45 Cairo NGOs to facilitate planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating community interventions to minimize violence and harassment against women.

• Worked with Holding Company of Water and Waste Water (HCWW), WSCs, and local stake holders in the three governorates to setup decentralized sanitation systems addressing expressed community needs applying the Demand Responsiveness Approach model (DRA)
• Largely assisted in developing and conducting baseline study; community development strategy; communication and hygiene promotion strategy; public disclosure system; and annual social reviews in a participatory way.
• Built the capacities of WSC’s rural sanitation committees, and selected NGOs applying delegated community management to support planning, implementing, operating, and managing sanitation systems using the integrated sanitation approach including the setup and management of complaint handling mechanisms; monitoring outcomes, results and social impact through formal training and OJT.
• Largely assisted in mobilizing and building awareness of local communities, both genders, to actively engage in decentralized sanitation systems processes and sustaining the new systems through training NGOs’ secondary local groups and supporting them with various tailored tools; participatory development and implementation of communication and hygiene promotion plans.
• Majorly participated in the preparation of lesson plans, materials, presentations, exercises, delivery and discussions, as well as final reports in Arabic and English and documentation for all Stakeholders events.

UNIDO, Hayat project, Edwa & Maghaga in Minia governorate (among the 100 poorest villages in Egypt)
• Managed eight successful community priority interventions in areas of economic, food, and health security to support socio-economic community development focusing on women and youth (proposal writing; NGOs assessment and capacity building; monitor work progress; ensure schedule, quality and proper financial management; reporting and documentation).
• Prepared a roadmap for future projects, identified possible future donors, and provide institutional strengthening and capacity building of potential NGOs and entrepreneurs.

• Assisted in the development of subsidiaries' strategic plan, HR Plan, training plan, staffing plan, and performance evaluation system, as well as the establishment, and operation of many quality circles.
• Participated majorly in the qualification, training, and capacity building of potential senior and mid-level managers, as well as potential young professionals through three applied training programs preceded by through testing and selection; practical material development as follows:
• AUC Diploma "Effective management of water and wastewater facilities" a ten modules program detailing sector strategy, framework, operations and functions, as well as management functions.
• “Young professionals’ development program”, YPDP a five-modules program introducing sector’s framework, operations and functions.
• “Middle-management development program”, MMDP a five-modules program introducing sector’s framework, main operations and functions, plus management functions and practices.
For the last two programs largely assisted in design, development, delivery and assessment.
• Conducted subsidiaries' performance assessments -quarterly and annually-, identifying areas of improvement, diagnosing problems, and proposing corrective actions.
• Assisted largely in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in Arabic, and English.
• Assisted largely in the design, development and implementation of TOT program (a 4-stages process to create effective trainers in three specialties) and supervised cascaded sessions implementation.

• Public awareness campaigns for 30 teachers and 8000 students about basic political education.
• Sixty initiatives addressing local needs driven by youth, followed by 20 citizens-driven initiatives.

and issued hundreds of IDs and election cards, plus nine athlete competitions for about 1000

Plan, organize, staff, lead and control the nine members team, and resources in the Implementation of Intel learn program in Egypt. Intel learn program is a part of Intel Innovation in Education Initiative worldwide to inspire innovation in teaching and learning to help students succeed in the knowledge-based economy. The program is implemented in collaboration with MOE targeting students from 8-16 years' old. The project was implemented at 316 locations in 13 governorates.
