Roles and Responsibilities
• Have complete experience in implementation, configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Virtualization by VMWare, SharePoint, Data Center Switches, Router, Firewall, SAN & NAS Data Storage Solution.
• Site survey, designing, planning migration and new implementation.
• Excellence in setting up, managing maintenance of IT infrastructure, installation, migration and configuration of servers, network client workstations, managing Local and Domain Wide Groups.
• Involved to prepare the prerequisites and also managed the installation process. Managed database configuration. Also involved in initial access configuration of the end users. Closely worked with the installation team throughout the project ensuring timely delivery and complete implementation of functional requirements of the organization.
• Work with IT management to make recommendations for upgrades, hardware and operating systems.
Windows Server Administration
• Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows Servers 2008, 2012, 2016 and SQL Servers.
• Proficient in installing and troubleshooting of Server Roles including NLB, WSUS, DNS, RDS, SMTP, FTP, DHCP, IIS.
• Performed Migration of Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• Configuring and Managing Active Directory, Remote administration, User Rights, Objects, File & Print services, Group Policy for client machine and providing Network share & security.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Rack server management and reporting.
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
• Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
• Monitor system Backups and maintain system security updated and patches.
VMWare and Veeam Administration
• Configuration and maintaining of VMware technologies including vCenter Server, VSphere, ESXi (Hypervisor), vMotion, High Availability (HA), Fault Tolerance (FT), virtual networking, VMware Update Manager (VUM), physical to virtual migrations(P2V), vMotion, and VMware Workstation.
• Maintaining and upgrading VMWare ESXi infrastructure
• Performs technical analysis, installation, maintenance and modification of operating system software
• Configure and Maintain SAN & NAS Storages with different RAIDs like (RAID 2, RAID 5 and RAID 10)
• Configuring Backups schedule in Veeam Backup and monitoring the backup process and Restoration.
• Monitoring and creating Virtual Servers from Web client and vSphere Client.
• Maintain and trouble shoot Snapshot and VMware Template.
Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint & SQL Administration
• Installing, configuring and administering all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX in production and non-production environments.
• Creating and maintaining security roles, privilege, duties, Analysis Services for users in all aspects.
• Installing, Configuring, maintaining permission level in Management Reporter and Enterprise Portal in dynamics AX
• Planning, installing, configuring, database design on SQL.
• SQL Cluster, performance monitoring, security, troubleshoot.
• Backup/Restore and organize Data on SQL.
• Installing and Configuring Dynamics AX companion Application like (Approvals, Business Analyzer, ADFS)
