Training Activities:
• Conduct several training on fully automated analyzer (Iris) , HPLC Trinity Biotech (Ultra 2), fully automated Autoimmune analyzer (Alegria) from ORGENTEC, Electrophoresis (SAS 1-2) and Coagulation (C series) from HELENA and HPV DNA Hybrid capture technique from QIAGEN.
• Validate the instrument (Linearity, Precision and Carry over reporting) as mandatory from Customer.
• Prepare required document as Material safety Data Sheet, Waste Management Protocol, Commissioning and Training Certificate and other obligatory documents.
• Provide refresh training for our customer’s new staff as required.
Application and routine follow ups Activities:
• Respond to all Application related trouble shoot issues as early as possible.
• Report the application visit and complete the Application/Training form.
• Correspond with manufacturers in case there are very specific queries or complex problems with any of the instruments.
• Visiting routine to all our customers at least once a month and ensure that they do not have any issues with the functioning of the instrument.
• Ensure that the clients have sufficient stocks of the consumables, controls and reagents and if not then intimate them to place an order for the same.
• Making presentations as well as providing product demonstrations and training.
• Keep the customers updated by providing them with publication and latest updates related to instruments and also giving them any promotional items when available and inviting them for seminars or workshops when appropriate.

• Routine running general urine and stool samples with culture, Microorganism detection and sensitivity test.
• Running clinical chemistry test like lipid function test, Liver function test, Lipid profile on RANDOX RX Dytona analyzer.
