Play an integral role in managing the following high-profile information technology projects. Key Projects:
• Managing Jawwy service delivery (Jawwy Architecture Evolution - JAE) (Current project)
• Managing release planning for Jawwy application and services (Frontend, Backend, and Mobile apps), Developing the release plan and discussing with business, QA, Development, and Change management teams, Then following up with the respective teams to ensure and keep the execution on track.
• Meet with management, stockholders, Systems SPOCs, and Change management to discuss the backlog priority, including the highest priority in the current release plan to close all open and backlog issues.
• Daily Activities like Updating JIRA CRs daily, Doing follow-up for all the ETAs for the SD life cycle and getting the Sign off from respective stream, SIT Deployment coordination, Release Notes tracking & Production Deployment coordination, Doing following up with Dev Leads for Effort Estimation, Coordinating with Business for UAT and getting the confirmation for RFS.
Play an integral role in managing the following high-profile information technology projects. Key Projects:
• Program at CMA (Capital Market Authority - Project Based): This was the first implementation of Oracle PCA in KSA. This program was extremely business-sensitive and complex; it involved 17 suppliers with mutually exclusive technologies. Managed the overall transformation (Systems migrations) through meticulous planning dependence between online running applications and services, reduced time, and proactive risk management; provided required assurance and confidence to CMAs leadership regarding the smoothness and progress of this migration.
• Al-Eissa Group: Successfully led the project team to migrate Oracle Apps and DB from the Exa-Data environment to the Linux platform and implement ODA.
Senior IT Program/ Project Management
• King Saud University Hospitals: Install and migrate Sun Solaris 8 platform with Standalone Application and Database to Solaris 10 Branded Zone functioning on T5 -2 Server.
Develop strategic business plans to complete all requirements for the E-commerce field by focusing on market trends. Directed teams and departments to develop policies for developing the companys structure. Key Achievements:
• Enhanced the companys work efficiency by supervising overall organizational operations and executing long and short plans.

Provided customized Oracle solutions and technologies for both on-premise and SaaS-based offerings. Created and implemented quality processes that increased efficiency, accelerated customer satisfaction, and slashed error rates. Key Achievement:
• Successfully launched Oracle ERP Projects, including Royal Saudi Air Defence Forces (RSADF) and Medical Services Department (MSD).
Contributed to designing and organizing training programs to qualify the local workforce. Improved administrative functioning, besides tracking, and analyzing the performance of partners. Built a unified central database for institutes, while delivering the concerned decision-makers with analytical reports. Key Achievement:
• Initiated and controlled an E-Learning project (Portal site) within Um Al-Qurah University, as well as implemented the internal projects (Portals).
• Implement Portal project with MOFA.
Collaborated effectively with vendors to enable new software installation, testing, upgrade, and migration. Sustained the operational availability of all computer-related applications and software. Resolved escalated support issues by troubleshooting and correcting software defects and planned and executed numerous large software upgrade projects.
