o Make initial supply-ability assessment of 18 month rolling forecast (unconstrained demand)changes according to i) Frozen, ii) Slushy & iii) Liquid zones.
o Make sure annual targeted budget are going to be met financially & volume wise from manufacturing/buying (Supply Party) in terms of capacities, raw and packing materials and Sales/Marketing (Demand Party) in terms of natural growth & marketing activities.
• Leading initiatives (new products) & promotion weekly/monthly meeting for all categories & maintaining Master Initiative Plan for all projects & Base Initiative Plan for each Project to:
o Align all parties (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operation, Logistics, and Buying) on new projects through Project Establishment-Kick-Off Meeting.
o Make Feasibility & Cost Reply (FCR): which will lead to buy or make (manufacture) decision.
o Ensure launching/delivering projects on timely fashion by adhering to agreed critical path schedule (CPS) among the stakeholders.
o Ensure delivering with the right Cost & Quality.
• Measuring forecasting accuracy based on MAPE & Arithmetic basis on a weekly basis.
