- Managed two teams one is Wireless Access Network responsible for RNP and O&M of Voice, MBB, and FWBB network using CDMA2000/EVDO/WIMAX/WIFI/TD-LTE technologies, and second team is Wireless Transmission which provide MW backhaul for Canar networks plus serving cooperates and SMEs market through VSAT, P2P, PMP wireless solutions.
- Ensuring that teams are motivated, monitored and able to perform & achieve their objective that aligned with company strategy and objectives.
- Ensure Network health operation that meets international Telecom performance standards. And it delivers expected QoS and QoE.
- Ensure the rational, equitable, efficient and economical use of the radio-frequency spectrum and Network infrastructure by all radio communication services. (CDMA 1X, EVDO, WIMAX, MW, VSAT, P2P and LTE).
- Managing Vendors relationship and assure value maximization and cost minimization while keeping WIN/WIN partnership.
- Leading a committee that driving the formulation and implementation of the LTE and WBB corporate strategy and plans.
- Support Broad-Band Internet Strategic Development & Planning, Product & Services Definition and Development, Creative Business Solutions and VAS, Brand Management & Communications, Market Segmentation & Value Proposition.
- One month contract with Huawei contractor for 3G/LTE Expansion project with Ethiopia Telecom. Biggest rollout in Africa.
- managed survey teams performed over 100 sites in one month Radio, MW, CIVIL .
- Fully responsible of WIMAX 802.16e 3.5 GHz Network that provide Fixed Wireless Broadband internet and P2P services for Corporate and Residential sectors in two biggest cities in Sudan.
- WIMAX/LTE Network Planning, Development, Optimization and Operation.
- Vendor management and Network Development and discuss with vendor adding new features and services.
- Technical representative of company committee that driving the formulation and implementation of the LTE corporate strategy and plans.

- Project Manager for Network Upgrade from CDMA 1X \[VOICE\] to 3G Data EVDO Rel0 then to RevA. During this I have personal innovation of using of utilizing two sub bands in 450MHz A&C for 1X (3Carries) and DO (Two Carriers) then managed DO third carrier project, which was turn point for Canar business success.
- Balancing network resources between (Voice) and (Data) for best economic utilization.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance Data throughput per Subscriber.
- Network OPEX Optimization.
- Responsible for whole BSS network Design and Dimensioning, Equipments purchase, and Revising BOQs, and I Mastered POs preparation, and negotiations.
- Radio planning for WIMAX network.

RF Planning:-
-Responsible for complete cell planning processes from Nominal Cell Plan to Integration and ensure project management and contingency planning for timely delivery (Coverage, Capacity, Quality). I did a RF Network plan for SUDATEL 11 Cities and CANAR all Sudan.
-Cell Planning using U-Net Simulation tool, with Khartoum city propagation model tuning as proactive task.
-Technical Site Survey and Management of whole turnkey solution.
-Responsible for the network performance precaution and reach the expectation value of HQ and customer.
-Prepare and update sites Engineering Parameter table.
-Supervise and coordinate sites survey and Acquisition activities.
-Act as an interface between Huawei Marketing and Key account Manager with Customer through good relationship that I have build with the Customer.
Network Optimization:-
-Performing and Analyzing periodic drive test log files, providing full network Drive test report using (Pilot Panorama, Cait, and Actix).
-NL optimization using GENEX NASTAR tool.
-Antenna parameters Adjustments, and Power Parameter Optimization.
-Providing technical solutions for customer complaints in collaboration with optimization and conducting drive tests.
Traffic Analysis/Forecasting:-
-Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly Network Performance Report, using NASTAR and M2000 with MS-Excel Graphic, and Power point presentations.
-Bench mark network with Standard KPIs (Call Drop, Call Setup, Congestion, and Data Connection Success Ratios) and provide continues recommendations for network Quality improvement.
-Prepare Traffic Maps that help customer to balance network resources using MAP INFO
Management:-
- Presale projects support. GSM, CDMA, &WCDMA for MENA Region, Canar, Sudatel)
- Responsible for the ability improvement inside team members, tutor for three engineers in different teams.
-Played proven role in Customer relation ship maintenance and improvements.
-Project document pigeonhole.
Main duties were DSL CPE installation and customer support, and LAN networks design and implementation.
