Main Responsiblites :
1-
Responsible for prepar Attendance sheet for all Employee, Expenses Reports, Payroll
2-
Maintain an efficient filing system in the office and file daily (Performance Appraisal, Public Holidays, Status Change Form, Warning letters…etc.).
3-
Support HR Department in planning well ahead for all staff social functions e.g. Anniversary with the Company, Christmas Parties, and Summer Picnic etc.
4-
Prepare the notice board for all new hires, promotions and transfers.
5-
Responsible for the paper work of new hires during orientation, collect passports, take pictures, update their files and make sure they are current and neat.
6-
Responsible for repatriation of employee. Airline Ticket and reimbursement requests.
7-
Prepare all overtime related Administrative support, and monitors attendance and sick leaves.
8-
Post all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view of all employees.
9-
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
10-
Communicate to all applicants receiving a job offer the necessary documentation required.
11-
Filing and update all inbound and outbound documentations and store in an organized way for easy access.
Responsible for Medical insurance
Responsible for Employees files and update it daily.
Responsible for recruitement and Employment.
Responsible for contract and joining report and final settlements
It was a summer training for 8 weeks, 2 week in Aramco Dahran branch and 6 weeks at RasTunera branch.
I have been in customer service and marketing .
The greet think in the internship is to provide a real-world experience, apply the knowledge that we have taken in class to real-business and learn more about commendation with other. My supervisor provides for me a good and helpful orientation for the 8 weeks in projects & fixed assets accounting division. I learn much about accounting, finance also, business. Also, learn how to deal with rule environment like come in time, submit the task in time. I learned how to merge myself with the environment. I think what I learned from my experience in Aramco company will help me in future, also will provide for me a good opportunity to find a good job.
