Major Responsibilities
•Supervising the architectural design production and over-all design coordination process, supporting design manager at design development, selection, researches and technical studies.
•Managing the Architectural design department architects, modelers and draftsmen performance and resource management.
•Initiating and executing policies & procedures for the project and design management.
•Setting and executing department's business, quality objectives and development plans.
•Assisting at preparing marketing material, conducting marketing presentations, supporting at marketing visits and surveys.
•Supporting at technical and commercial design services offers preparation for received RFPs.
•Supporting at technical and project reporting to management and clients, in addition to technical and commercial offers.

Major Responsibilities
•Initiation & execution of quality policies and objectives. And implementation of the quality certifications systems.
•Acting as the "Management representative" with external auditors from certifying bodies and clients.
•Managing the section's resources, financial issues and reporting the operations and projects to the management.
•Designing the submissions review processes, supporting the review process and operations of quality reports and plans.
Managing the execution of the Design projects, submissions and approvals processes, coordinate the work flow between the project team (discipline engineers and sub-consultants), clients and stake holders including authorities.
•Managing the project’s team of architects and draftsmen- throughout the projects life cycle.
•Preparing technical, progress and financial reports, in addition to managing the local authorities' approvals process.
•Preparation of value engineering, risk assessments and constructability reviews, chairing clients and internal workshops.
•Preparing the technical and commercial offers for the design services in response for tendered projects.
