My Roles working across 9 FMCG global brands and 2 Service accounts for global brands include but are not limited to:
• Implementing the online community strategy, coordinating with various teams and clients to ensure its effectiveness & providing support to our community with the help of various communication tools.
• Working with various teams to ensure that the various community platforms are kept up to date and functional.
• Generating editorial content and manage a schedule competitions for the site communities to engage with, and lead them into engaging with the brand
• Moderating all User Generated Content according to the Moderation policy
• Managing communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and others.
• Acting as an advocate of the Company in the brand's community and as the advocate of the community within the Company, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
• Creating reports and feed back insights gained from community monitoring to the various teams
• Setting up new procedures and policies, helping to general material to share across the teams.
