Play the role of the Engineer Representative (ER), Lead the site staff teams & assure their adequate performance, Review Contractor`s correspondence & issue the replies of the Engineer on natters as Contract conditions, Check Contractor`s submittals for completeness & prepares Response to the submittal, Check Contractor`s correspondence on Contractual issues (Variations - Extension of Time- Claims- etc.), Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Documents requirements, Certify monthly payment certificates for the Employer, Chair periodic progress meetings & technical meetings, Issue monthly progress reports to the Employer`s & the Engineer`s Management.

Duties include, Play the role of the Project Manager, Lead the site staff teams & assure their adequate performance, Review Contractor`s/Consultant correspondence & mange the replies of as Contract conditions, Check Contractor`s correspondence on Contractual issues (Variations - Extension of Time- Claims- etc.), Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Documents requirements, Certify monthly payment certificates for the Employer, Chair periodic progress meetings, Ensure that all works are being carried out according to the Project requirement through regular follow-up for quality, time, & cost, Coordinate the works for the various contractors/Consultants through coordination Meetings and other meetings as required on site, To chair meetings with contractors/Consultant and attend meetings with the owner regarding Coordination, progress or technical issues, Taking Minutes of Meetings, Dealing with various Designers, Consultants, Contractors.
