Iam a Quality Control and Assurance Engineeer in El Sewedy transformers A subsidiary of El Sewedy Cables and responsible for:
1-Inspecting for all manufacturing stages dry &oil distribution transformers.
2- Ensuring that the products manufactured in the organization fits the purpose and meets the customer expectations and legal compliance.
3-Developing and coordinate special activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of manufactured products.
4- Documenting the product’s test results and provide suggestions required to attain the best quality product possible.
5-Specializing in areas such as product design research and development or purchase.
6-Ensuring product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
7-Collating and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters.
8-Collating the staff of various disciplines and driving them to plan. Develop .
9-Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
10-Using statistical tools and problem solving tools to clear the cause of any faced problem during our daily processes such as:
Process Mapping, Flow chart, Cause and effect diagram.etc.
11-Analyzing the daily recorded data in-time by using control charts, box and whiskers, histograms, data stratificationThe right decision.
Production Quality Control team: Control all the different parameters that affect the quality grade of the final product throughout the whole process, using the analytical and statistical tools and techniques.
12-Assist in formulating Quality Strategy for the company 13-Plan, schedule & implement periodic audits of the management systems documentation and identify in agreement with department’s managers the needs for improvement and update procedures and Manuals.
17-Prepare and send audit reports for every audit conducted regular follow up with staff on the non compliances
