• Involved in pretender meeting for any technical inquiries from the bidders .
• Ensure the project start, Approve the technical staff as stated in the contract sow.
• Make planning for forecasted works in the next time period according to work priorities
• Supervise ALL electrical works "Meduim voltage, low voltage" executed in MOE sites
• Do performance review for contractors, issuing job order for required works, Monitor and control contractor during execution, ensure quality assurance during the process, validate works after finish through checklists and make change request if required
• Make performance work assessment insight areas of success and failures and realign work performance as per ministry standards
• Hold training for team either in classroom or through observation and conservation.
• Report daily to Mechanical and electrical dept. manager by status, progress and forecast reports
• Close job order after accomplished works including administrative closure and issuing customer invoices to have their payments

• Administer contracts between the company and the other parties either governmental or private sectors
• Worked for Al Awqaf, municipality and education ministries
• Guide, direct, evaluate team performance in accordance with the contract
• Meet with customer in case of any work priorities, communicate with stakeholders
• Periodically report about accomplished works and site problems during execution
• Apply quality control before deliverable validation from customer
• Goto closing procedures after completing contract works

• Participating in requirements collection from different sections, prioritize and make as a bid
• Acknowledge predefined sellers by different manners
• Participating in technical proposal evaluation to choose bid companies
• Protect all confidential information and keep non bias treatment to all sellers
• Choosing the seller according to technical and financial evaluation
• Report daily to direct manager
• Participate technical team in VHDL and labview simulation to design and simulate prototypes
