• Reports directly to GM and interfaces directly with other senior management team members, board of directors and advisors
• Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company procedures
• Issues timely and complete financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
• Assures compliance with Government, Labor, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws
• Researches and analyzes accounting matters
• Evaluates current accounting practices and policies and drives continuous improvement
• Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review
• Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position. Ensures integrity of all financial information.

1. Participate in compiling financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
2. Participate in maintaining, & coordinating the implementation of accounting operations & accounting control procedures.
3. Participate in preparing required analysis for budgets and expenditures for local, foreign, and private funding, contracts, and grants.
4. Participate in monitoring accounting & related system reports for accuracy & completeness & resolve accounting discrepancies.
5. Participate in preparing & reviewing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, & other accounting documents.
6. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
7. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
8. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
9. Proceed with the input process and handling of financial data & reports for the company's automated financial systems.
10. Maintain professional & technical knowledge related to accounting construction industry best practices.
-Follow the movement of accounts receivable (debit and credit) and make adjustments after the approval.
- Closing out the procurement advance and be sure from the validation of invoices and it is approved by the administration.
- Review lists of wages and salaries and be sure that its right before the exchange.
- Preparing daily records for all types of accounts.
- Entering the daily records on computer programme.
- Preparing the annual, half-yearly and quarterly financial reports.
- Preparing the final accounts and financial statements of the company.
