Throughout my short-term work at Nabulsi & Associates, I had been working at the corporate, commercial and banking department where I handled numerous assignments that were assigned to me by the partners and clients, for national and international companies as well as international law firms, such assignments included but not limited to; Incorporating companies, advising foreign clients that are willing to invest in Jordan, handling corporate clients’ day to day legal matters, drafting Legal opinions & reports, drafting commercial agreements and contracts, commenting and opining on international and local commercial transactions, drafting employment contracts, reviewing HR policies, handling employment termination and end of employment issues and carrying out the legal process of transferring employees from one entity to another which resulted out of merger and/or acquisition, as well as reviewing and vetting several distributorship agreements and providing the client with legal consultation on the same, carrying out legal questionnaire, legal opinions & reports on projects contemplated in Jordan for International Law firms’ clients, advising clients on trademarks related issues, advising clients on legal issues related to importing goods and clearing the goods at Jordan Customs, drafting trade mark authorization letters, reviewing vetting and commenting on vessels sale agreements, preparing shares sale and purchase deeds, drafting shareholding agreements and reviewing and commenting on numerous MOA/MOUs, in addition to reviewing and commenting on several premium lease agreements …etc.
