Duties:
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Prepare yearly budgets for the sales and production departments
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made

Project: Package II (C) sectors 2 & 3 Infrastructure Works, Reem Island Development - 525, 000, 000 AED
Utilities and Roads engineer in a multi-million project for infrastructural works in Al Reem island - Abu Dhabi (Hydar Consultant), managing infrastructural works (sewerage, potable water, gas, telecom, storm water, traffic control & CCTV…etc.) and also road works, in which my duties were to keep the project running on time as per planned program and under estimated cost, but at the same time as per specification and approved shop drawings.

Calculating and surveying the quantities for various kinds of projects tenders as per the tender documents and coordinate with the procurement department to get the best and lowest prices for the materials.

• Take-off of the quantities of the contract drawings and compare it to BOQ quantities
• Coordinate with the procurement department to by sending inquiries to suppliers and compare their quotations
• Prepare a comparison sheet for quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors
• Estimating & Pricing of the Direct and Indirect costs in a project
