Main Duties:
•Develop the company’s communication plans based on its objectives, activities, and outcomes
•Provide support in communicating the corporate image through branding activities
•Assist with a variety of Communications projects including the creation of PowerPoint presentations, light copywriting and program promotions.
•Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns for the automated sites and initiatives such as the initiating of a new program ( Huda ) shortly
•Achieve satisfactory surveys that reflect the patients and the end users satisfaction for EHS sites.
•Coordinate with the PR agency and media representatives for conferences, press releases, events for the company’s initiatives such as Hakeem Academy competition, ELM online Library.
•Sites visit for installing the marketing materials ( Plexi, Posters, etc… ) in all the kingdom governorates and other task assigned such as collecting testimonials from patients, end users
•Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in the planning and execution of the overall communications strategy.
•Manage implementation and distribution of communication tools to external audiences including giveaways, newsletter etc...
•Actively work with Project/Product Managers to determine cost estimates and timing for communication projects.
•Stay current with industry practice on marketing communications using knowledge to impact communication tactics.
•In charge of EHS sites (Scouting, planning, and implementation of marketing materials)
•Manage EHS Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn ….)
•Coordinate with the department managers for initiating and executing the training and educational programs in the health facilities which adapts Hakeem program
•Evaluate the executed training and educational programs of the adapted Hakeem program in the health facilities.
•Develop the program criteria and content to match with the needs of developing content and training materials
•Direct essential and optional research and review discoveries for new projects relating EHS programs
