Currently working as a Customer service manager with one of the renowned Real estate company based in noida " Brand Realty" BRAND REALTY is a Network of Real Estate professionals who provide a complete gamut of Real Estate services which includes Buying and Selling of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional properties, Commercial and Retail leasing, Consultation and Advisory services and assistance in Home loans etc, India. The profile includes handling the customer service department of the company and reporting directly to the company director. Also handling a team of customer service executives who are the frontline advisors of the company. Also work with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to target opportunities, set real estate goals.
Worked as a Client Relation Manager with one of the outsourcing company based in noida, India engaged in providing office professionals from India to many of the international countries around the world like USA, UK, Australia etc.

Worked with a U.K resedential inbound customer care process as well as blended process for British Telecom engaged in end to end support on complex billing queries, placing orders for new connection or any changes required in the existing connections for Landline and Broadband customers, Up selling of Broadband connections to new and existing customers.
