• Take periodic photographs (at intervals that show progress of works)
• Ensure that required material testssuch as concrete compresive strength tests, etc are taken at the reqired times/intervals.
• Updating work schedule chart
• Controll the activities of all subordinates on the project site and conduct periodic checkson aspects of site manegement, saftey, store keeping etc.
• Hold periodic site meetings that involve formen, store keepers, site adminstrators.
• Hold periodic site meetings that involve all employees on construction site.
• Ensuring that all instructions given by consultants/supervisors are followed through by written instruction.
