Job Summary: As Archirodon is renovating its HR department at North Africa region (Department Started in 2012), I was recommended due to my qualifications and previous achievement record to be transferred to Cairo Regional office to take a part in the transformation process.

HR Functions: Recruitment, Training and Development and Performance Management.
Recruitment:
• Receives and processes recruitment requests for all vacancies in the regional office and construction site
• Post vacancies on the appropriate recruitment channels (Recruitment websites and Agencies).
• Communicates with agencies/candidates effectively and professionally, and responds to applications and ensures on-hold database/files are maintained and utilized effectively to source candidates.
• Ensures that recruitment is conducted efficiently/effectively and in accordance with HR policies and procedures, including recruitment agencies submitted CVs.
• Preparing for and conducting initial screening, and scheduling department interviews.
• Attends and participates in interviews during the selection process.
• Keeps, monitors and updates the recruitment status report (weekly, monthly and yearly).
Training and Development:
• Receive and process Training Requests from employees in the head office and project sites.
• Contact training centers for arrangement and coordination of the training.
• Liaise with the Procurement department to finalize training contracts.
• Supervise the training process in project sites.
• Conduct orientation presentation for new hired employees.
• Coordinate the internal training process.
Performance Management:
• Liaise as a focal point for Performance Management related issues between the corporate office and North Africa Region.
• Providing guidance on Performance Management process and conduct training sessions.

Other Admin Tasks:
• Prepare all administrative paper work according to Archirodon’s integrated management system (IMS).
• Liaises with the Administration staff to ensure visas/tickets/accommodation are processed for reallocation of current or new hired employees.
• Visits regularly the project sites to inform on existing or newly introduced HR policies/systems, discusses and receives feedback for HR related issues.
• Coordinate between the Tendering department and the Operations department in terms of identifying key personnel for tenders.
• Arrange transportation and accommodation for inbound visitors from other regions.

Job Summary: My job is working in conjunction with the Project Manager to create creative plans for developing the factory strategic capabilities to manage and capture new business opportunities, analyze and improve the working environment, implement systems to increase performance. The factory is on a total area of 22, 000 sqm, running an automatic concrete block production machine.
Organizational Accountability:
• Support the management in creating and developing strategic objectives for business units.
• Network between (Commercial - Production - Quality Control - Marketing & Sales) to align communication.
• Maintain the control of workflow to ensure that work procedures and plans are applied on actual work.
• Monitor monthly reporting system (Production reports - Sales report - Dispatching report - Expenses report - Cash collection report).
• Handle logistics conflicts and communication with transportation contractors and customer site.

• Played a major role in preparing Business plan of 2011 - 2012.
• Developed workflow charts and tasks distribution using MS Visio flow chart.
• Created combined file for (Production - Cash Collections - Product Dispatch) through MS SharePoint Workspace 2010.
• Used MS Project 2010 to distribute Monthly Production Plan cash flow.
• Created assessment forms for credit payments and handling complains.
