o Managing and supervising Samsung IT marketing team and promotion activities.
o Responsible for the development of a retail business for a specified territory by developing and elevating Retail accounts and store relationships, through regular visits and business strategies meetings in each locations within the territory.

o Evaluating the performance of marketing staffs.
o Develop the Channel Marketing strategy for the "Dealers Channel" that ensures achieving Samsung’s strategy.
o Translate the Channel Marketing strategy into an achievable & commercially products plan.
o Forecast & advise on the Dealers Channel Marketing budget and expenditure in light of the planned activities.
o Support dealers channel and segments in launching all new Tariffs, Services, base promos launches, through shouting about/focusing on selling them during our tactical activities.
o Developing pricing policies of Samsung IT products and benchmarking according to IT market potentials and our current market share. And submit the analysis to the board.
o Maintain monthly reports and participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as in the annual product planning process.
o Cooperating sales team in handling major accounts in regards to the technical properties of the brand.
o In charge of handling customer orientation and training on the operation manual of the brand.
o Creating Route Maps and daily schedules for both promoters and supervisors.
o Checking / comparing weekly and monthly sellout plus product availability in the market.
o Pushing dealers, hyper & chains managements to PO and follow up with distributors.
