==> In charge of demonstrating proof of concept from definition to validation with following missions :
Integrates the solution (blueprint or customer specific) into the network and IT systems in line with the specifications.
Validates the Solution within customer's environment.
Performs software and HW testing to ensure the integrated solution works.
Controls and manages the platform & lab requirements, configuration and results.
Provides initial analysis for the defects, tracks these defects and verifies their resolution in Solution environment
Performs the technical migration of the Solution

Provides inputs to all required project documentation on test objective, test plan and test results, including integration strategy and environment specifications.
Ensuring Technical support level 2 of ALU IN platforms OSP 2.3/2.4 handling mediation and payment services PPS 4.X, ICC 4.X.X for the account of the Telecom operators around the world, mainly based in the region Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) , with wide responsibilities :
+ Troubleshooting and resolution of the technical problems in respect of the contractual Services Level Agreement (SLA)
+ Elaborating method operating procedures and action plans for Software/hardware’s interventions on customer’s live platforms in coordination with all internal and external involved parties.
+ Managing the interaction with third parties partners (SUN, HP, ULTICOM, ORACLE ) in compliance with our baselines and factory setting.
+ Ensuring the follow up of the costumer’s incidents and reporting the updates on the ticketing system (investigations, Root Cause Analysis, resolution, triggering outage process in case of service interruption and ensure the crisis follow up )
+ Contribution on product evolution and improvement by tracking bugs and initiating the relevant faulty reports to R&D and implementing the corrective patches if any.
Position : Network and Telecom Engineer with following responsibilities :
+ Pre-delivery configuration and customization of the VOIP Telephony Platforms in compliance with customer specification
+ Performing network audit on customer sites to ensure the prerequisite environment before installation (voice/data vlan set up, bandwidth tests.. ) .
+ Delivery & Installation and ensuring customer approval after commissioning
+ Contribution on product improvement by performing stress tests and reporting bugs to R&D team .
