-Advise or prepare tender and contract documentation.
-Manage internal and external stakeholder and project relationships.
-Administer, evaluate and update contracts.
-Responsible for managing the Contracts database and all associated files.
-Preparation of Contract templates.
-Coordinate activities (Request for Quotations, Information, Proposals, etc.), processing Contracts.
-Responsible for Completion End of Well Reporting and capturing Lessons Learned
-Participate to suppliers and contractors evaluation and follow up
Provide total Contract administration support to the Project.
Maintain records of Contractor Performance.
Verify all obligations and procedures related to the Contract are kept in force and fully respected during Site execution.
Ensure periodical recording at Site of any given deviation from Contractual Scope of Works and set coordination meetings in order to endeavor proper logging of potential claiming matters.
Report periodically to the Project Manager status of the progress and any actual/potential delay or deviation from contractual requirements as well as opportunities for optimization.
Preparing contractual documentation to be sent to Subcontractor to resolve: backcharges, disputes, claims, unpaid amounts, lack of or inadequate support documentation.
Preparing detailed claim dossier (in case of) vs. Owner or Subcontractor
Control the used material of different departments (Residential & Industrial)-Quantity Survey-
Follow up the running projects & their progress & check if we are on Schedule or behind Schedule.
Analyze & calculate the Project’s cost periodically.
Follow up Collection of the Invoices.
Prepare Monthly Report of the Collected Invoices.
Projects Communication.
Prepare Reports, Diagrams, Presentations, and Agendas.
Track Planned Vs. Actual Progress and conduct Variance Analysis.
Maintain Issues Log, Risk Log, Status Report Review & Archival.
Respond quickly and professionally to shareholders inquiries, questions, and concerns.
Represent the program in a professional, informative, and responsive manner
