Job Responsibilities:
• Assistant Karachi SITE Manager and Project Manager
• Arrangement of Lunch at SITE.
• Stationeries and Pantry Items Arrangement and their Issuance.
• Housekeeping of Admin Area.
• Transportation Leader.
• Coordinate with third party construction team.
• Providing of administrative support (computers, workspaces, workplans, etc)
• Prepare of events (OGSM, Team Building)
• Making, Checking and Submission of Expense Report.
• Travel Planning (Tickets, Hotel Reservation, Invitation Letters, Cover Letters, AVIS Booking, VISA Process)
• Recruitment Support (Call to candidates, Conduct Test, Arrange Interviews, Collection of Documents, etc)
• Maintain Leave Management System.
• Data compiling (preparing weekly/monthly reports for some key areas)
• Preparing for external visits.
• Budget Tracking.
• Making of Meeting minutes.
Recruitment & Selection:
• Update the entire database related to recruitment.

Attendance Management:
• Co-ordination & Employee Data Entry in Attendance Management Software
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain the interview status list on the system on daily basis.
• Give initial & final Interview calls to candidates.
• Initial Screening of CVs.
• Making layout of ads for the positions exist.
• Maintain ad status report & ad expense report on the system.
• Provide employment form & test to candidates & also clear any ambiguities then n there regarding the form or test.
• Maintain & upgrade file on the system of CVs received through employee reference.
• Verify the documents of those individuals who pass the test & initial interview.
