MEP project Manager of king Abdallah service buildings Makkah Haram in Shamiyah .660, 000 m2 area, 4 Billion Saudi riyal cost.manpower 3500 persons.Leading role in planning and management of the following:
- project organization.

The project consists of chilled water system of 80000 TR. With complete network. More than 2000 AHUs. Pump rooms, domestic and chilled water, complete fire fighting system( sprinkler system, fog system), More than 7 thousand ready pre- engineered toilets for haram visitors.80 MVA substations with switching stations and transformer rooms, and electrical rooms. Zamzam treatment plant room. decorated areas including offices and shops for rental. low current systems including BMS Systems, Scada systems, CCTV and Fire Alarm system. Tunnels and Utility culverts for infra structure works.
Major role in establishming the organization. Mevac company is working in the field of electromechanical construction business.

MEVAC has gained a high reputition in its field locally in Sudan. It has a diversified sales products agencies for Airconditioning, electrical and plumbing works.
MEVAC is extending its activities internationally in the middle east.
A COMPLETE CITY OF AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY FOR GIRLS CONSISTING OF MOR THAN FOURTY BUILDINGS OF MEDICAL, SCIENCE AND ADMINSTRATIONAL COLLEGES WITH ADMINSTRATION BUILDINGS AND CENTRAL FACILITY BUILDINGS. THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES A COMPLETE INFRA STRUCTURE WITH UTILITIES NETWORKS CONSISTING OF WATER SUPPLY AND FIRE FIGHTING NETWORK, DRAINAGE SYSTEM NETWORK, STORM WATER NETWORK, SYNTHETIC NATURAL GAS SYSTEM NETWORK.
THE PROJECT INCLUDES A FACILITY OF DISTRICT COOLING NETWORK SUPPLIED FROM A CHILLER PLANT OF 20000 TON REFREGERATION COOLING. THE NETWORK IS EXTENDING INSIDE A UTILITY TUNNEL SUPPLYING ALL THE BUILDINGS WITH CHILLED WATER SYSTEM, WATER SUPPLY, HOT WATER SYSTEM FROM THE CENTRAL FACILITY.
THE FACILITY IS INCLUDING HOT WATER BOILERS, COMPLETE WITH CIRCULATING PUMPS, CHILLERS(AIR COOLERS SCREW AND CENTRIFUGAL WATER COOLED). THE FACILITY IS INCLUDING COOLING TOWERS.
A SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IS ALSO PART OF OUR SCOPE. IT IS WORKING WITH AN MBBR(MOVING BODY BIOREACTOR) SYSTEM.
THE WHOLE INFRA STRUCTURE IS HAVING A COMPLETE NETWORK OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND A PUMPING STATIONS FOR STORM WATER SYSTEMS WITH STORM WATER PONDS.
ALL THE BUILDINGS IS SUPPLIED WITH FULL SPRINKLER FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS, CENTRAL AIRCONDITIONIG SYSTEMS.
A CENTRAL KITCHEN IS ALSO UNDER CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE WITH A FULL INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND COLD STORES.
MY MAIN DUTY IS TO MANAGE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT.
MY TASKS ARE PLANNING, SCHEDULING THE PROJECT STARTING FROM THE ENGINEERING WORKS, SHOP DRAWINGS PREPARATIONS, MATERIAL SUBMITTALS, GETTING APPROVALS, MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS RECRUITMENT AND DISTRIBUTIONS. PROJECT BUDGETS CONTROL AND PAYMENT CERTIFICATES ISSUEING. PROJECT MILE STONE DATES SCHEDULING AND CONTROL. PROJECT EXECUTION MONITORING AND CONTROL.THE PROJECT WILL BE HANDED OVER IN FEBRUARY 2012.
JAMARAT BRIDGE PROJECT OF MENA. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE CALCULATIONS, SELECTION AND THE INSTALLATION OF 480 NOS. CUSTOM MADE EVAPORATIVE COOLERS (60000 CFM CAPACITY).FOR A TYPICAL 5 FLOORS BRIDGE.
OUR SCOPE INCLUDED ALSO THE INSTALLATION OF ALL MECHANICAL WORKS RELATED TO 6 TOERS OF SERVICE BUILDINGS. THE SERVICES WERE HVAC WORKS OF CENTRAL AIRCONDITIONING AND VENTILATIONS SYSTEMS. FIRE FIGHTING WORKS INCLUDING SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, FIRE HOSE CABINTES, FM200 SYSTEMS, AND FOAM SYSTEMS FOR GENERATORS.
THE WORKS INCLUDED ALSO A COMPLETE EXTERNAL WORKS UTILITIES OF THE PROJECT NETWORKS FOR FIRE FIGHTING, STORMWATER, DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND DRINKING WATER NETWORK PIPING AND FOUNTAINS INSTALLATIONS.
THE PROJECT INCLUDED ALSO A NUMBER OF PUMPING STATIONS OF FIRE FIGHTING PUMP SETS, WATER SUPPLY PUMPING STATIONS FROM 10000 M3 AND 40000 M3 RESERVOIR TANKS AND ALSO STORM WATER PUMPING STATIONS.
THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDED AN UNDERGROUNG TUNNEL WITH COMPLETE MECHANICAL SERVICES INCLUDING VENTILATING FANS OF 250000 CFM CAPACITY(EXHAUST AND SUPPLY) AND A COMPLETE SYSTEM OF FIRE FIGHTING AND STORM WATER DRAINGE SYSTEM.
Senior Mechanical Engineer.Responsible of the Following:
1. Projects Estimation.
2. Follow up of Projects under bidding starting from studying of Bidding Documents including specification and drawings, Site Visits, Projects estimation, Meetings with projects owners, value engineering, Preparation of BOQs and pricing, Technical and commercial offers preparation, Projects contracts and Awarding.
3. Leader of a team Doing the Technical Submittals.
4. Full design works for HVAC and Plumbing works including load calculations and Equipment sizing.
5. Leading Group teams for the studies, design and coordination for the Execution of Pipes networks for all desciplines including Chilled water, Sewage, Potable and Storm water systems.
6. Specialized in all special system related to Airports system and Hospitals.
7. Budgets preparation of projects under execution and follow up of projects under cost control Management procedures.
8. Projects Construction scheduling.
9. Follow up and coordination with site Execution including meeting with consultants and Projects owners and Subcontractors.
10. Last Project under which i have taken a leading post and up to present condition is the Jamarat Project in Mina (E/M project Coordinator),

1. Two workshops of Motor rewinding, Airconditioning and Refrigeration.
2. Day to day follow up of a Site Electromechanical Maintenance teams of Airconditioing and refrigeration works including power Generators and Pumping stations.
3. Design and Contracting works of HVAC systems.
4. Establishing a sales department of HVAC material and Equipment complete with a full fleet of sales teams, purchasing Department, stock storing and logistics system.
Mechanical Engineer responsible for :
1. Site Maintenance team of Generators and Pumping stations.
2. Site consultant Engineer responsible of an Ice Plant factory Assembly.
3. Workshops design in different Areas in Sudan in collaboration with the Sudanese Rail ways Department.
A master degree holder MSc Management in Construction. Salford University- Manchester 2019. The Thesis is related to the "effect of the Healthy workplace Environment on Employees Turnover rates in the Construction Industry".
