Responsible for a wide spectrum of secretarial support to the Managing Director & His Direct Reports.
 Responsible for scheduling and coordinating business meetings, arrange business travel (Flights and Accommodation).
 Coordinating with members, regarding quarterly meetings & Management Meetings. Coordinating administrative duties within the Management.
 Maintaining the DIrector's Diary
 Maintaining & keeping a check on Management Meetings & prepare Minutes.
 Compose & prepare routine correspondence
 Coordinating for new joiners joining, preparing work stations, telephone, desktop & access cards before joining.
 Locate & enter details of raids on counterfeits & infringement products & accessing billing information regarding it, through software
 Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff and clients
 Handling Expenses, Travels
 Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
 liaising with staff to indent It equipment's for the department
 Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
 Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
 Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
 Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.
 Arranging both in-house and external events.
 Provide responsible paraprofessional and technical assistance in the analysis, implementation, and monitoring of department programs; investigate, analyze, develop and prepare special studies and projects.
 Keeps a record of all sensitive and important information safely and securely.
 Prepares a number of documents such as invoices, purchase orders, memorandums, and reports.
 Handling software’s such as SAP & SharePoint.
 Maintains Stationary
