•Managing design criteria, system description, design philosophy and base design
•Managing basic design deliverables: PFD, P&ID, SLD, Calculations, sizing, Control configuration diagram, POCC, CCR.…
•Managing detailed design deliverables including 3D modeling
•Issuance of the engineering requisition packages for procurement
•Vendors bids and submittals management
-Procurement, Commercial and Logistics Management
•Managing request for quotations
•Managing quotations financial, commercial and technical evaluation
•Managing contracts agreements with vendors including commercial and financial negotiation
•Managing vendors manufacturing, expediting, testing, spares, O&M manuals, commissioning and training management, QA/QC, FAT, SAT, Third party Inspection
•Managing logistics and commercial activities (shipments, air lifting, inland transportation, payments, L/C, claims and others)
