Network Surveillance & Monitoring on NMS U2000. • Installation of iManager Huawei U2000, Installation and Commissioning of OSN8800 T32. • Trouble shooting of DWDM for Optix OSN 8800, OSN series. • Generate contingency plans in case of system failure. • Responsible for timely configuration from E1 to STM-64, GE services (Data, Voice, multicast, etc.) and Provisioning of network availability especially during the break down. • Deploying the Transmission Network according to the given Network Planning Solutions that involves Site Installation / Dismantling DWDM (OSN 8800 T-32), Commissioning, Trouble Shooting and Service Configurations. • Fault isolation and diagnostic support to the field staff. • Implementation of configurations as per defined standard operating procedures (SOP). • Link Budget Analysis for upcoming DWDM project with help of latest measuring & testing equipment. • Technical Help Desk, Network performance management, Preventive & Routine Maintenance, SLA Management, Trouble Ticket Management, Escalation Management, KPI Reporting & Coordination with team. • Managed & resolved complex network faults and submitted reports to the higher management as & when required and implemented contingency plans in case of system failure. • Fault Reporting and Fault Rectification in coordination with the Field Engineers.
