Public Relation is essential in today’s complex world, to have a smooth process of communication and understanding in an organization. So we analyzed the PR strategy of PIA. Information regarding company PR policies and strategies were collected through interviewing the PR executive of the company. Research also involved external sources like, using company website and developing an understanding of the PR processes used over the years. The conclusion included that some recommendations and concepts relevant to organizational and public relation strategic planning through theory practice and case studies was developed for the betterment of the company.
