- Designing and implementing the M&E of all GFP Programmes (Sport, Advocacy, and Dialogue for peace) based on M&E frameworks in use by GFP for learning and for reporting to Donors.
- Monitoring the Jordan and International Programmes activities on a regular basis
- Processing M&E data collection & analysis and preparing Programme Evaluation Reports for the Programmes, based on baseline/endline data and Participatory Evaluations
- Preparing monthly/quarterly reports on Programmes progress for use by GFP and Donors/Partner.
- Preparing executive summaries and thought-pieces based on Evaluation Reports
- Supervise and assure quality of monitoring and evaluation activities among staff, partners, consultants and volunteers involved in the project.
- Develop and maintain the monitoring and evaluation system, including the processes for data collection, cleaning and processing, and use of data.
- Develop data collection tools based on rigorous methodologies and appropriate to context.
- Produce monitoring checklists and conduct quarterly joint field process monitoring, quality assessment and data validation, and provide feedbacks and recommendations for timely improvement.
- Facilitate annual review sessions, data interpretation sessions and lessons learned.
- Lead and coordinate the baseline, the mid-term and end line studies, and the tracer studies.
- Implement a database of all outputs and results of the project and maintain it.
- Conduct internal evaluation surveys to measure the impact of implemented projects.
Develop M&E system, which includes M&E Plan, Theory of change, Logical Framework and Indicators Tracking Table.
- Develop a monitoring strategy for the project, support the project team in developing and maintain a database with the collected updated information.
- Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output.
- Plan and oversee data collection processes, ensuring that high quality data is gathered in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Analyze and synthesize data for the purposes of quality control and adherence to standards, gap identification, and program development.
- Update Risk and Issue logs, and capture lessons learnt to reflect in the future plans.
- Assist Project Managers in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations
- Manage the information-gathering process to report performance quarterly and annually.
- Institutionalize monitoring activities including, data collection, reports preparation, and documentation. This includes also exchanging and communicating information, results and lessons learned, with MCA-J and stakeholders.
- Document good practices, analysis trends, and cross-cutting implementation issues.
- Provide support in the oversight of data quality control and review.
- Ensure the periodic reports are made publicly available on the MCA’s web page.
- Manage data collection processes which are conducted by (Department of Statistics) through panel surveys that include a huge data base using electronic tools and new features of data collection methodologies.
- Provide any other required assistance and guidance to the M&E unit; this includes working with external evaluators in the implementation of impact evaluation missions, responding to MCC (Millennium Challenge Corporation) requests for information on: data sources, data measurement methods, frequency of data collection, disaggregation, etc.
