Supervise: Administration building (G+2) with plot area 1600m2, Safety fire tank capacity 2500 m3 volume, Raw storage area with plot area 3600 m2, and Sub-Station, plot area 225 m2, and Labor Accommodation (G+1) with Plot area 250 m2.
Responsibilities:
• liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• set-out, level and survey the site
• check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of the subcontractors

• Draft project reports on cost estimation, deadlines, and other relevant information
• Coordinate with the site supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Inspect every single phase of construction to ensure quality and compliance
